Policy

Bookings and Payments

  • At the time of booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. All payments can be made through Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal Invoice. The deposit payment means that you have read through and agree with ALL of KWTC Photography’s policies.

  • The final balance payment is due at the conclusion of the photoshoot, proofs will not be sent out until the remaining balance from the shoot is paid.

Image Files

  • Final edits will be returned to clients in 5-7 business days (up to 2 weeks). Please know that this is only including Monday-Friday. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days

  • All final edits will be edited with KWTC Photography’s signature editing style. The final edit of the images cannot be edited by the client, if there is something you would like changed please let the photographer know and he will try to accommodate. Failure to adhere to this will result in a ban from booking KWTC Photography for any future photoshoot.

Photoshoot Etiquette

  • ALL clients and KWTC Photography is expected to arrive at the photoshoot on time.

  • If the photographer is late for your shoot he will communicate this with you ahead of time and will still allow you the full amount of time that you have booked for your shoot.

  • A $20 fee will be added to all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late.

  • After 30 minutes, the photography session will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. In order to reschedule or to book a new shoot, a new deposit will need to be paid.

  • All guests and models should come with a professional mindset to create the best images possible and not waste any time. Any rude or disrespectful clients or guests will be asked to leave.

Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least three days' notice to cancel or reschedule their session. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their deposit, which will serve as a cancellation fee. However, the deposit may be credited toward a future session if the client reschedules by email at least three days before the original session date and secures a mutually agreeable new date and time.

  • Rescheduling due to weather conditions will be permitted in the event of forecasted rain or temperatures below 50 degrees.

  • In the rare event of a severe medical emergency, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances, it may become necessary to engage an alternative photographer. KWTC Photography will make every effort to secure a qualified replacement who is capable and willing to provide a similar package to that outlined in this contract at comparable pricing. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, KWTC Photography's responsibility and liability will be limited to a full refund of all payments received for the contracted package.

  • KWTC Photography maintains the highest standards in the handling, transportation, and processing of photographs, utilizing professional-grade equipment and backup systems. However, in the rare event that a client’s photographs are lost, stolen, or damaged due to circumstances within or beyond KWTC Photography’s control, the studio's liability will be limited to a refund of all payments received for the contracted event package. In cases of partial loss of original images, the liability will be prorated based on the percentage of images lost in relation to the total number of originals.
